Donation Requests

We are proud to support our community through donations to the many local organizations near and dear to your heart. To ensure a fair and consistent process, we review all donation requests once per month. Requests must be submitted through the form below; we no longer accept donation requests via email or phone. Please provide complete and accurate information about your organization and the purpose of your request. Submissions received after the monthly review period will be considered for the following month. Approval is subject to availability and alignment with our mission and giving priorities. We also consider geographic location as a factor.  Please note that while you may request a sponsorship, the majority of our donations are in the form of gift cards ranging $5-25. We consider sponsorships on a limited basis throughout the year.
